Shipping & Delivery
The Suffolk Hamper Company has spent time researching couriers that are compatible with us to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. Currently we only deliver to Mainland UK but are working on expanding this for the future. We are happy to give individual quotes for shipping further afield and will do so as part of our bespoke option. There have been many changes recently to the delivery services available to us. As a result, we have decided to use a premium service with DHL to ensure that your hamper comes out to you in the very best possible condition. From 26 August 2021, all of our hampers now include shipping.
Hampers will be sent out on Tuesday and Thursdays and can take between 1 - 2 working days to arrive. We can arrange to have shipped to a specific date. Please advise when booking.
If you have a complaint about delivery please submit your complaint via email to firstname.lastname@example.org . We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days of receipt. We will then endeavour to resolve any delivery issues as quickly as possible. We aim to have resolved all issues within 7 working days to the satisfaction of our customers.
